Algae Are Nature's Unique Superfood

The Kingdoms in Nature are:

1. Bacteria (sometimes split into two Kingdoms)
2. Protista (means the very first)—includes unicellular (one-celled) and multicellular organisms, including algae, that are not part of the Fungi, Plant or Animal Kingdoms)

Nature is designed such that each Kingdom is dependent on the ones below it. • Patients in the Vitamin E group (daily doses of 400IU) had no significant difference in cancer incidence, cancer deaths, and major cardiovascular events but higher rates of heart failure and hospitalizations for heart failure. • Taking Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid only got rid of the symptoms of scurvy. When supplementation stopped the disease returned.
